What is the best way to approach eToro about a wire transfer not going through?

Hi everyone! I have already set up an eToro account and did a fund transfer using a wire transfer. It's almost been a month, and the money is still not reflecting. Additionally, I have raised multiple support cases, but they just close the case with a blanket statement. Has anyone faced this issue with eToro, and if so, can someone please let me how I should dispute or follow up with them?

Ideally, transferring funds to your account using wire transfer is supposed to take 2-3 days. However, it may take a much longer time for it to reflect on some occasions. Just be patient, it will reflect eventually. You can try other payment methods next time, credit card and some other methods reflect deposits instantly.
