How long did eToro take to answer your questions on the live chat?

It's been days since I've sent a message on live chat, and needless to say, I'm not very impressed. How have your experiences been?

Earlier, eToro had a customer support system, and they were responsive to all queries. But now, the quality of their support system has dropped significantly. To get back an answer from the eToro support system, you might have to wait at least two weeks or 14 days. Therefore, you don't have any other option but to wait 14 days for their reply.
