Do you get promoted automatically or did you need to apply again to be a champion or above PI?

Once you meet the requirements, you will be promoted automatically. You must have been in the cadet level for at least two months and have had an average of at least $50k UAM for the last month. You would be paid $400 per month($800 if your UAM grew by at least 1℅ in the previous month)
