Who do you think has the best real-time stock charts with alerts if possible using a PHONE APP, not a desktop site. Merrill is AWFUL. TIA.

The best app I have come across so far is probably TDAmeritrade.  It is free to open an account, all you need is your social security number and employment details etc.  You can set alerts and you can also  track back 5 years in your charts.  The interface is easy to follow and user friendly.

Of all the mobile stock charts apps, the best one that immediately comes to mind is Bloomberg.
Like the desktop version, the Bloomberg app has all the real-time stock charts, latest news, financial data, and so many other relevant pieces of information.
Yahoo Finance is another superb mobile app for real-time stock charts. StockTwits is another one.
