What alternative investments are there for REITs and financials?

So I'm doing my dividend investing according to personal rules against buying any oil or tobacco companies - which painfully limits my good high dividend possibilities. What else can you recommend I invest in other than REITs and financials? (I'm pretty heavy in those and trying to balance it out)

If you don't want to invest in real estate or financials, you could try the following: 
Private equity: If you have money but would rather hand over the job to a professional
Farmland: Get multiple revenue schemes
Gold: Generally, the prices have been increasing
Collectibles: Demand for these items is likely to keep going up
