Which are the best REITs investments for my portfolio?
Asked 5 years ago
Hi! I'm popping in to ask: What percentage of my portfolio should be REITs, and which ones do you think are good to invest in?

In the United States, the best real estate investment trusts:
Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS)
- 07/06: $75.43
- Dividend Yield: 1.92%
CubeSmart (CUBE)
- 07/06: $47.10
- Dividend Yield: 2.89%
STORE Capital (STOR)
- 07/06: $35.33
- Dividend Yield: 4.08%
Realty Income (O)
- 07/06: $67.37
- Dividend Yield: 4.19%
In Canada, the two best REITs are:
RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust (REI.UN)
- 07/06: $22.61
- Dividend Yield: 4.25%
H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (HR-UN.)
- 07/06: $16.39
- Dividend Yield: 4.23%
REITs are certainly one of the best investment options for traders, mainly because they provide a reliable income. In fact, many of these investment vehicles offer a monthly dividend. And this can be superior to getting into physical real estate which can be expensive and headache-inducing.
