Do you recommend investing in tourism stocks?
Asked 4 years ago
Anyone heavily invested in tourism stock? I'm planning to add tourism stock to my portfolio, COVID has nearly come to an end, this might be the best time to grab a few and hold. What do you think?

Tourism stocks have essentially recovered from the coronavirus-induced market meltdown last year. Investors are betting on their recovery, and these stocks are going to benefit from pent-up demand in the post-pandemic economy.
Long-term? It is difficult to assess because of everyone's financial situation, surging inflation, and the possibility of border restrictions if this Delta variant intensifies.
For now, it is best to find a tourism stock that pays a dividend and ride our the torrential rainstorm. This can be challenging because most tourism stocks do not pay dividends.
You can also try out a couple of ETFs:
- Invesco Dynamic Leisure and Entertainment ETF (PEJ): $0.011 dividend (latest)
- U.S. Global Jets ETF (JETS): $0.01 dividend (latest)
