What is the best leverage to use for a $10 vs. $1000 account to increase my profit on MetaTrader 4?

If you are trading with just $10, then you would need very high leverage for the profit. You should change your leverage so that it isn't less than 1:888 to make it work. When it comes to $1000, you can trade with a leverage of 100:1.
