Which ETFs and long-term stocks grow slowly over time and need minimal to no management?

I am going to invest around 2k per month in either stocks or ETFs. I'm quite a busy person, so I am looking for long term gains and stock that I don’t have to manage and that will slowly grow over time. Any help would be much appreciated.

Vanguard Information Technology: 45% returns
Schwab U.S. Small-Cap: Low-cost
iShares MSCI USA Min Vol Factor: Has stocks with minimum volatility
SPDR Gold Shares: 25% rise in the past year
