Which ETFs and long-term stocks grow slowly over time and need minimal to no management?

I am going to invest around 2k per month in either stocks or ETFs. I'm quite a busy person, so I am looking for long term gains and stock that I don’t have to manage and that will slowly grow over time. Any help would be much appreciated.

Most ETFs are passively managed.
The following are in an upward trajectory and worth considering:
- S&P 500: Largest ETF
- QQQ: 45% growth last year
- Vanguard Information Technology: 45% returns
- Schwab U.S. Small-Cap: Low-cost
- iShares MSCI USA Min Vol Factor: Has stocks with minimum volatility
- SPDR Gold Shares: 25% rise in the past year
