What is BST.RTWI stock?

There is a new stock (BST.RTWI) that has dropped into my account. Is this something that has split of from BST?

The company's legal name is now "C. Brayton Ltd." Shares of the new company are only traded on the NYSE and not on NASDAQ or Frankfurt due to a regulatory decision from those exchanges.
The status of their stock price with respect to time will be determined by variations in market forces, not by any action taken by the company. With that said, it could get quite expensive for them to maintain 2 share listings under two different trade names within two separate jurisdictions concurrently for an indefinite period.

This is a strange stock.
BST.RTWI is ostensibly the BlackRock Science and Technology Trust (BST).
What is odd is that it has been removed from The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, NASDAQ, and other stock ticker/news platforms. However, if you visit the BlackRock website, it provides information about the equity fund that matches the ticker you have shared.
