What happens if you don't verify your PayPal account?

Hi, I'm struggling to verify my Paypal account. The email is just not coming through, nor will it let me confirm my bank account. Is it possible to use your Paypal account even without verification?

If you don't have a verified PayPal account, you can still use it to do transactions. However, there would be some limitations while doing it. If you are an unverified account, you won't be able to withdraw a large sum of money. Generally, unverified users can send or withdraw $500 every month. But for verified users, it shouldn't be an issue.
