What are the best RRSP companies with the lowest fees?

I'm a newbie to investing here. I have some money in RRSPs doing nothing at the moment, and I want to invest in long-term - growth for retirement. Currently, I have no plans to use it for home or education. Let me know your suggestions for the best RRSP growth investments with low fees.
