Should I pull my CDs and buy land?

I’m considering inflation and the fact that land is an appreciating asset and wondering if I should pull my CDs with a 0.005% interest rate. Any thoughts?

Pulling out a Certificate of Deposit before maturity might attract some penalties.
Only withdraw the money if you have to. However, considering that land is an appreciating asset, it might be worth it to withdraw the CD.
