Can I close and sell a call option early?

I need advice. I own AMC on TD. I wrote call options months ago on my 600 shares for $39 expiring June 4th sell to open. Of course, AMC skyrocketed. Is there any way to cancel those, or will they automatically be SOLD by Friday at $39? I'm happy I made a few bucks, but it's worth a shot considering the current price. Thanks.
